Celebrating our wonderful volunteers at National Trust of Australia (Queensland)!
 

This week (May 15 to 21) is National Volunteer Week. This year the theme is ‘The Change Makers’.

There are more than 700 volunteers at National Trust of Australia (Queensland). Our volunteers do everything from feeding and caring for wildlife at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to honouring heritage at some of our amazing properties like Wolston Farmhouse.

We’d like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to each and every one of them!

From Currumbin to Cooktown, National Trust of Australia (Queensland) manages 15 properties, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Hospital, Wolston Farmhouse, Brennan & Geraghty’s Store Museum in Maryborough, Townsville Heritage Centre, Zara Clark Museum and Hou Wang Temple in Atherton.

The day-to-day operations of these properties would not be possible without our amazing volunteers.
